Our Process.
Examination.
Before we even touch your carpets, our expert owner-operator, Henry will arrive and conduct an assessment of the current state of your carpet. During this phase, Henry will identify what types of stains you have and any specific circumstances that may affect our work to identify what's needed to return your carpets back to new.

We do this to not only ensure our work is effective, but give you the chance to be heard on what you need from us.
Additional spraying and hand scrubbing.
We truly don't stop until the tough spots have completely disappeared. If there's any tough spots left after our blasting and vacuuming stage, we spray more solution on them and scrub them by hand, then we'll even do another blast and vacuum on those spots to permanently eliminate the stain.
Spraying.
Once we know exactly what we need to do, Henry will pre-spray the carpet with our eco-friendly cleaning solutions to start eliminating stains. During this stage, we show the deeper stains some extra love and saturate them to kick the stain elimination process off.
Drying.
As a busy D.C. area professional, you need your carpets back clean and you need them back quick. To expedite the efficiency of the entire process, our team carries our own fans to dry your carpets and will place them throughout your home as we complete each area.

Blasting and Vacuuming.
This is where the fun truly begins. At this stage in the process, Henry will use his top of the line carpet cleaning equipment to blast the carpets with our cleaning solution and destroy those harsh stains. As we vacuum following blasting, we use controlled motions to ensure another layer of cleaning solution and water dig deep into your carpet to extract all dust, dirt, allergens, and bacteria, eliminating those nasty odors and keeping your family healthy.
