Why Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners?

Our Process.

Photographed above is a before and after photo of a carpet installation job completed by Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners in Manassas, Virginia.

1. Consultation.

Prior to touching your carpets, our expert founder and owner-operator Henry will examine the area and hold a preliminary conversation with you to determine how our team can best craft your desired end product. Above all else, this step in the process ensures that you are properly heard and our work is tailored to achieve your desired end result.

We care about your wallet, sleeping patterns, and feelings. When you invest in expensive carpeting, you can rest easy knowing that the the DMV area's best carpet service provider is working on your project.

2. Preparation.

Once our scope of work is finalized, we’ll move any necessary pieces of furniture and take measurements of your carpet as needed.

Once we complete the preparation steps, we’re ready to roll and start removing the carpet.

3. Spraying and Spot Treatment.

Once we have everything ready, we’ll remove any molding, then start to take the edges of your carpet up and peel it back.

To make things even easier for you, we’ll even load your carpet on our van and dispose of it at the Prince William County Landfill. When you work with us, we prioritize your busy D.C. commuter lifestyle and keep you out of additional traffic.

Don’t load that old carpet into your SUV or pay for a separate junk removal service - stay home and relax.

4. Padding Installation.

Once your old carpet is removed, we’ll measure, cut, and fit padding to sit perfectly under your carpet. Having good and properly installed padding is essential, similar to keeping your carpets clean yearly.

Even though padding is invisible to the naked eye, it protects your carpet from the impact of heavy furniture and foot traffic. We’re very meticulous about ensuring a proper padding fit and put an emphasis on the small details that you can’t even see to ensure our job lasts.

5. Carpet Installation.

Once the padding is down and properly fitted, we’ll then cut and stretch the carpets to fit seamlessly. Throughout this stage, our owner-operator Henry is very careful and takes his time to ensure that your carpet is properly installed.

When purchasing a high value carpet, there’s no better team to use than Northern Virginia’s very own Neighborhood Carpet Cleaners.
