1. Consultation.

Prior to touching your rugs, our expert founder and owner-operator Henry will examine your rugs and hold a preliminary conversation with you to determine how our team can best combat the current issues you are facing with your rugs (i.e., pet odors, general dirt, dust, nasty spills). Above all else, this step in the process ensures that you are properly heard and our work is tailored to achieve your desired end result.

Depending on the current state of your carpet, we'll either perform a steam cleaning at the location or for more severe cases, we'll hand wash the carpet. Either way, your neighborhood rug cleaner has you covered.

2. Preparation.
​
Once our scope of work is set, we'll either take your carpets back to our shop or operate in a safe spot on your property. While certain cases and space constraints may require us to take your carpets and rugs back with us, we prioritize making the most convenient move and work at your home if possible.
​
If not possible, don't fear! We're just across the Northern Virginia neighborhood in Woodbridge and will have your rug back quick.

3. Spraying and Spot Treatment.
​
Similarly to our carpet cleaning services, our team will kick off the process by spraying the surface of the rug and showing those extra tough stains some extra love. This will prepare the surface for deep cleaning and kick things off (or for our purposes, "KIC" things off).
​
4. Blasting and Vacuuming.
​
This phase of our rug cleaning process, similar to our carpet cleaning process, is where the deep and heavy cleaning gets completed. We not only use our Code Green child safe and EPA friendly cleaner, but take our time and slowly work our way through your rugs to ensure all of the dust, dirt, and heavy allergens get removed.

While the other guys like to rush, we are invested in our neighbors and our brand, so we take our time.

5. Drying and Guaranteed Satisfaction.

If we take your carpet back with us, we'll dry it with our fans on our own time at our facility in Woodbridge, Virginia - if not, we'll bring the fans to your house and setup onsite. Every part of our process is designed to save busy D.C. commuters and Northern Virginians their hard earned time, so that they can relax with their families.
